Since 2016, solar energy has overtaken hydropower and onshore wind power to become the driving force behind the increased use of renewable energy around the world. In the future, with further decreases in costs, the uptake of solar energy will continue to grow at a fast pace and will become an important measure of the accelerated transformation of global energy and climate change mitigation.
The focus of this Report is the innovative scale development of Solar PV and is relevant to all the AMS and relevant partners.
