Rising energy demand, climate risks, and decarbonisation commitments require coordinated regional action. This includes integrating mitigation and adaptation considerations into energy planning, advancing low-carbon technologies, and enhancing regional cooperation to support nationally determined contributions (NDCs) and long-term low-emission development strategies.
