ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation
About APAEC
The ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) is the region's blueprint for achieving a secure, sustainable, and integrated energy future. Coordinated by the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), APAEC provides a framework for collaboration among ASEAN Member States to strengthen energy connectivity, enhance resilience, and promote clean and affordable energy for all.
To put this vision into action, APAEC is implemented through seven Programme Areas, the key pillars that guide ASEAN's regional energy cooperation. Each Programme Area focuses on a specific dimension of the energy sector, from infrastructure and policy integration to innovation and sustainability, working together to advance ASEAN's shared energy goals.
