This report was developed by the ASEAN Centre for Energy, based on insights from the Workshop on Enabling Subsea Interconnectors in ASEAN, with support from Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the National Transmission Corporation of the Philippines (TransCo).
