As part of ACE's Human Resources Development initiatives, the Human Resources Unit plans to implement the Management Leadership Programme (MLP), a structured learning programme designed to enhance managerial and leadership competencies among ACE personnel.
The programme may be delivered through in-house training, public training, workshops, coaching sessions, simulations, or blended learning approaches. ACE is therefore seeking qualified training institutions, organizations, or consulting firms with proven expertise in leadership development to design and deliver high-quality training programmes.
