Procurement
The ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) is an intergovernmental organisation that supports energy cooperation among the ten ASEAN Member States under the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC). In delivering its mandate, ACE regularly organises meetings, workshops, trainings and conferences, and produces reports, publications and communication materials.
These activities rely on a range of recurring external services. Procuring each requirement individually is time-consuming and makes quality and pricing difficult to keep consistent. ACE therefore intends to establish non-exclusive Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) with qualified service providers for the period 2027–2028. Under each LTSA, services will be ordered on a call-off, as-needed basis at pre-agreed rates.
