Procurement
The objective of this tender is to identify and directly engage a building owner (or its in-house/authorised building management) that can offer office premises meeting ACE's specified requirements, in order to:
- Present available office space owned and directly managed by the bidder, meeting ACE's specified requirements;
- Provide direct, transparent lease terms and pricing without intermediary involvement.
- Enable ACE to negotiate and finalise a lease agreement directly with the building owner/management for office space that meets the technical specifications and commercial terms outlined below.
