TENAGA Nasional Bhd’s (TNB) unit TNB Energy Services Sdn Bhd has inked a smart energy efficiency (SEE) agreement with Institut Teknologi Petroleum Petronas (INSTEP), Kuala Terengganu that will save INSTEP about 407,880 kWh of energy per year.
