The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG) is to provide technical advisory services for the 78MW Hiep Thanh nearshore wind farm in Vietnam. RCG’s Richard Clarkson has been appointed project director for the development in the Mekong Delta province of Tra Vinh Construction is due to start in September, with the project scheduled to be completed during the third quarter of 2021.
