(Phnom Penh): In a speech on May 8, 2021, the Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia, Hun Sen expressed the hope that all landlords will understand and reduce rents for affected workers in Phnom Penh and the rest of Cambodia – especially in the closed areas where workers are not paid.
