The triple bottom line is an accounting framework with three parts: social, environmental (or ecological) and financial, a UK book writer, John Elkington interprets the triple bottom line as consisting of People, Planet and Profit. Several new ideas have come out, including the initiative for biomass development as renewable energy source, as it seeks to be in the forefront of environmental protection.
