Hanoi (VNS/VNA) – The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has been compiling a directive of urban air pollution control which is set to be issued in August. Air pollution in big cities such as Hanoi and HCM City has become worse in recent years and reached alarming levels on many days, affecting people’s health.
