JAKARTA, April 27 (Reuters) – Indonesia has passed a new regulation to cap gas prices for power plants at $6 per million British thermal units (mmBtu), an official document published on Monday showed. The new pricing policy, which came into effect on April 7, applies to state-owned utility Perusahan Listrik Negara (PLN) and independent power producers.
