All available resources should be maximized to complete the 220kV Vung Ang substation project in Ha Tinh province, central Vietnam within July, said Pham Le Phu, general director of state utility Vietnam Electricity’s (EVN) National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) – the project investor.
