BAGUIO CITY – The Benguet Electric Cooperative (Beneco) signed on Tuesday an Emergency Power Supply Agreement (EPSA) with Aboitiz Power’s subsidiary GN Power Dinginin (GNPD), ensuring uninterrupted supply of electricity to its franchise areas, which is this city and the province of Benguet.
