By the end of last year, the capacity of the power system reached about 58,000 megawatts (MWs), and the commercial electricity output in 2019 was nearly 2,500 kilowatt-hours. Especially, the capacity of power plants using clean energy is on the increase, accounting for 61 percent of the total capacity of the power system. However, many blockages in mechanisms and policies have caused projects to be unable to come into play their effectiveness.
