TENAGA Nasional Bhd’s (TNB) domestic residential customers are expected to receive detailed statements of the Bantuan Prihatin Elektrik (BPE), which also covers the previous three-month period, in their July billing. TNB said breakdown of the amount would be attached to the customers’ July bill, which will be mailed within seven days after the month’s meter reading. “They can also view the statement and bills online via myTNB website and app, 48 hours after receiving the customer notice,” the company said in a statement.
