Danish developer Copenhagen Energy has secured sites for three offshore wind farms in the Philippines that could have a combined capacity of more than 4GW.
It has formed three separate special purpose vehicles – with PetroGreen Energy Corporation, the renewable energy unit of private Filipino energy firm PetroEnergy Resources Corporation as an equal partner – to develop the projects.
