Cellcard CEO Ian Watson said the team was working 24/7 to help ensure customers can continue to communicate at all times, despite the increasing power outages.
Mr Watson said Cellcard has arranged further deployment of generators to support the network and help reduce outages in affected provinces.
The teams are also ensuring extra capacity across all of the network sites that are powered by solar. The company has also given away 30 household generators as part of their recent Top Up and Win promotion.
As the only Cambodian owned operator, Cellcard is committed to supporting customers and providing a quality and reliable service even during difficult times.
Mr Watson said Cellcard continues to offer the Network Guarantee to reimburse customers for dropped calls – Cellcard is the only operator to offer this service.
He said the entire Cellcard team is motivated by the continued messages of support and appreciation from customers for the work being done to keep services connected.
