KUCHING: Hydropower energy accounts for more than half of the world’s renewable energy production while other forms of renewable energy will continue to be looked into by Sarawak Energy, said its group chief executive officer Datu Sharbini Suhaili.
Large hydropower energy, he added, would allow the utility firm to offer the lowest unsubsidised tariff in the country, affording reliable and affordable energy to all parts of Sarawak.
