Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, October 15, 2021. GGGI and the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which aims to strengthen collaboration and cooperation of both parties to jointly promote green and climate technology entrepreneurship and innovation in Lao PDR. LNCCI is the apex body in Lao DPR representing the business community, and acts as a nexus between the Government of Lao PDR and private enterprise. The organization is mandated to work with private businesses to address issues, support enterprise development and advocate for enabling policies and regulatory framework for the improvement of business in Lao PDR. LNCCI has the largest network of businesses and associations in Lao PDR including at the sub-national level, as well as valuable expertise and experiences in promoting business innovation.
