B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited has announced a strategic investment aimed at bolstering its renewable energy footprint. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, B.Grimm Power Future Solution Limited (BGPFS), the company has subscribed to newly issued shares of B.Grimm Greenery Company Limited (BGG), resulting in a 74.99% ownership stake in the venture. The move marks a collaborative solar energy initiative with Greenergy Holding (Thailand) Company Limited, which retains the remaining 25.01% stake.

HCM City (VNA) – Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) is aiming to pull more than half of its energy from renewable sources, a step in Vietnam’s race to hit net-zero emissions by 2050, heard a local seminar on June 17.

The push aligns with Ho Chi Minh City’s broader target to secure 15% of its energy from solar, wind, and waste-to-energy by 2030, locking in energy security while advancing national climate goals.

HCM CITY — Furthering its leadership in green finance and commitment to sustainable development, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) has signed a VNĐ2 trillion (US$76.7 million) credit facility agreement with PetroVietnam Power Corporation (PV Power), a leading power producer and subsidiary of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam).
