US$33-M solar power facility to rise in New Clark City

NEW CLARK CITY, Tarlac – A USD33 million solar photovoltaic power plant is set to rise here in 2026. Advancing New Clark City’s goal of fostering sustainable development, Sindicatum C-Solar Power Inc.
