LAOAG CITY – Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Joseph Manotoc on Thursday assured electric consumers that the Ilocos Norte government and the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC) are working on possible measures to reduce surging power rates in the province.
