Chinese energy company Envision Group has signed a letter of intent with Impact Energy Asia Development (IEAD) to supply wind turbines for the Monsoon Wind Project in Laos.
The company plans to deliver 133 EN-171 wind turbines, each with 4.51MW of capacity, for the 600MW project.
