CONFERENCE FEE: $250

Include: 

1. Conference entrance to plenary and all parallel sessions.

2. Free entry to the opening ceremony and exhibition of the ASEAN Energy Business Forum (AEBF) 2024.

3. Seminar kit, lunch, and coffee break.

Exclude: 

1. Publication fee at the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (Scopus indexed) – subject to the peer review process.

2. Gala Dinner and Awarding Ceremony with Minister and CEO  

Public participants without paper submission could also attend the 4th AICEE with a fee of USD 200, including the seminar kit and banquet.

Conference Grants (Full and Partial)

1. Eligibility: The conference grants is open to all ASEAN Nationalities based in the region who are passionate about energy sector, including but not limited to:
   • Researchers
   • Academics
   • Industry professionals
   • Policymakers
   • Undergraduate/graduate students
2. Selection Criteria: Candidates will be evaluated based on the qualities of the abstract submitted. The selected authors will be invited to present the abstract in-person at the 4^thAICEE, Vientiane, Lao PDR.
3. Application Process:To apply for the scholarship opportunity to attend the 4^th AICEE, submit your abstract with the required template below.
4. Benefits: We are pleased to offer fully and partially funded opportunities for selected participants, covering conference registration fees, accommodation, and/or travel expenses.

Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) include accommodations, meals, and incidental costs.
