SET-listed BCPG Plc’s subsidiary, Impact Energy Asia Development Co (IEAD) — Asean’s largest developer of the Monsoon Wind Farm project in Laos — has secured a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) to sell electricity to state-owned Vietnam Electricity.
