The 10 power plants have a combined capacity of 555 Megawatts (MW), comprising of seven gas power plants (PLTMG), one geothermal power plant (PLTP), one steam gas power plant (PLTGU), and one mini-hydro power plant (PLTM). Minister Arifin said that the construction of the 10 power plants used up Rp15 trillion of investments. The power plants’ operation is expected to provide 4,038 jobs whilst supporting the growth of industries—both small and big.
