This report shows the result of the ‘Impact Analysis and Review on Governance of Renewable Energy Financing Schemes in ASEAN’ study. The study supports the outcome-based strategies under the RE Programme Area in APAEC Phase II (2021-2025) in order to assess the effects of current RE Financing programs, analyze their efficiency and effectiveness from various angles, and develop policy recommendations to close the financing gap at the regional level. The study’s findings offer AMS government officials useful information and a thorough framework for project developers and financial institutions to discover investment opportunities that can support socioeconomic growth that is in line with the region’s RE targets.
