The Executive Summary is a preliminary overview of an upcoming full report (expected to be released in early 2019), which will provide more detailed information on the current regulatory framework, existing challenges and recommendations for Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar.

The publication was developed by the ASEAN-German Energy Programme (AGEP), a jointly implemented programme by the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) and Deutsche Gesellschaft fur International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
