The energy management system is a new thing in Cambodia, thus the establishing is required the support from the government of Cambodia and an expert from cooperation partnership by creating a model project for implementing. The model project will take part as a role model for all the commercial building and industrial factories in Cambodia. The Energy Efficiency Financial Mechanism could come later to support the financial to the investor of the building owner that would like to apply an energy management system in their building.
