A Playbook for ASEAN Power Grid Interconnector Feasibility Studies

Summary 

The playbook was developed to provide guidance in initiating FS for realising the cross-border interconnection plan under APG. It aims to provide guidance for APG stakeholders on planning and executing FS for greenfield transmission interconnectors, which is a vital component for attracting investment and propelling the ASEAN Power Grid initiative forward. It illustrates how stakeholder collaborations are utmost important to ensure successful interconnector development under feasibility study stage. Developed by ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) with the Heads of ASEAN Power Utilities/Authorities (HAPUA) and with the support of the USAID Southeast Asia Smart Power Program (SPP).
