The ASEAN Energy Business Forum (AEBF) is an annual conference and exhibition, which is organised by the ASEAN Centre for Energy. In 2023, the forum was hosted by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) Indonesia as the ASEAN Chairmanship.
In accordance with Indonesia’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2023 theme, ‘ASEAN Matters: Epicenter of Growth,’ and MEMR Indonesia’s energy theme, ‘Sustainable Energy Security through Interconnectivity,’ the AEBF 2023 centred its discussions on the overarching theme: ‘Accelerating Energy Connectivity to Achieve Sustainable Growth of ASEAN’.
The AEBF 2023 was held in Bali, Indonesia, from 24 to 26 August 2023, with a total of 1,403 delegates representing 35 countries from five regions. It successfully hosted up to 18 sessions with a total of 240 speakers and moderators.
ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) is an intergovernmental organisation within ASEAN structure that represents the 10 ASEAN Member States’ (AMS) interests in the energy sector.
