It highlights the need for a phased approach, focusing on energy security, accessibility, affordability, and sustainability, starting with the initial phase (2025–2035) which prioritises renewable energy, electricity grid stability, and critical mineral supply chains, and the mid-term phase (2035–2050) which emphasises affordability and infrastructure readiness for clean technologies.
