This year at Virtual ACEF, the ASEAN Centre for Energy is pleased to support our partner USAID Clean Power Asia and USAID/India on the side event Cross Border Power Trade and Future Energy Markets, to be held online Tuesday, June 16 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm (Manila time).
This online event will include case studies from experts exploring opportunities and approaches to addressing political, institutional, and technical barriers to increasing bilateral and multilateral power trade, as well as a panel discussion on designing power markets and power pools to enable large-scale variable renewable energy integration and to enhance multilateral power trade.
