Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) / AsbuilT

The ALCBT/Asbuilt project seeks to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions by catalyzing nationwide transitions towards low-carbon buildings (LCB) in Asian countries. The project addresses regulatory, capacity, and financing gaps that prevent the large-scale adoption of LCB. It will develop and implement technical, planning, and institutional tools to support the transition to LCB, focusing on building materials, operations, and particularly cooling systems.
