Thai Ratch toasts to 2nd PPA for 227-MW Aussie wind farm

March 26 (Renewables Now) – Thailand’s Ratch Group PCL (BKK:RATCH) on Wednesday said its Australian subsidiary has secured a second off-taker for the output of the 226.8-MW Collector wind farm it is building in New South Wales.
