B.Grimm acquires major stake in Angthong Power

B.Grimm Power Plc has acquired a 70% stake in Angthong Power Co, a gas-fired power plant under the small power producer scheme, for 2.52 billion baht. The company purchased the stake in the power plant, with a 123-megawatt capacity, from its Redman Pacific Holding Pte through wholly owned subsidiary B.Grimm Power Chonburi Co.

Thailand’s electric vehicle industry grows by 81 % in four years.

According to the Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand, the number of companies that are part of Thailand’s electric vehicle industry has risen significantly since 2015, from 76 to 420 in 2019. This increase represents an increase of more than 81 percent growth in the number of companies operating in Thailand’s electric vehicle ecosystem.
