Marcos to Brunei energy sector: PH eyes waste-to-energy projects
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has conveyed to major players in Brunei Darussalam’s energy sector the Philippines’ interest in waste-to-energy projects as the government looks to develop other sources of energy and minimize the use of fossil fuels.
Waste-to-energy plant nearing completion in central Vietnam
A waste treatment plant in the central Thua Thien Hue Province is set to generate 12MW of electricity per hour from 600 tons of waste it will process daily. It is nearing completion and will start operating this quarter.
