Indonesia close to Abadi LNG deal with Pertamina, says minister

The Indonesian government hopes discussions with state energy company Pertamina over its acquisition of Shell’s (SHEL.L) stake in the Abadi liquefied natural gas (LNG) project will be finalised in the first half of this year, a senior energy official said on Friday.

Jadestone Completes Thai Gas Deal

Asia Pacific-focused Jadestone Energy has completed the deal to acquire stakes in the Sinphuhorm gas field and Dong Mun gas discovery onshore Thailand, it said on February 23. The deal was announced last month.
