The state-run Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) said Wednesday it has signed an initial agreement with Vietnamese energy firm Petrovietnam (PVN) to foster a workforce for Vietnam’s nuclear power industry, as Seoul and Hanoi seek to expand industrial ties.
