Bangkok unveils Yokohama-assisted decarbonization plan

Thailand’s capital city of Bangkok has unveiled a new action plan to promote decarbonization with help from the Japanese city of Yokohama. Bangkok has been receiving technological support from Yokohama to create an eco-friendly environment since the two cities signed a memorandum of understanding in 2013.
