The meeting will follow up the previous ASEAN Nuclear Energy Cooperation – Sub-sector Network (NEC-SSN) meeting in the Philippines last year, with the highlight of the roadmap with key activities of the NEC Priorities Work Plan for 2020, as well as the NEC’s plan on the Annual Priorities of Civilian Nuclear Energy for APAEC Phase 2: 2021-2025. Joint ASEAN initiatives with the Dialogue Partners / International Organisation as well as the recent activities on nuclear energy development, studies, research and technology among selected AMS will be discussed.
