ASEAN Energy Youth Award (AEYA) 2025
The ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) and Sarawak Energy are pleased to announce the 5th ASEAN Energy Youth Award (AEYA) 2025. The award aims to increase awareness among the youth on region energy cooperation of hydropower and renewable energy solutions. It also serves as a platform for the key players to contribute to shaping the next phase of ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC).
"Powering ASEAN's Future: Youth Innovation in Hydropower and Renewable Energy"
This award is jointly organised by ACE and Sarawak Energy integrated into Sustainability & Renewable Energy Forum (SAREF) 4.0.
Objectives of the 5th AEYA
- To bring awareness and participation of youth in the promotion of the next phase of APAEC and SAREF 4.0.
- To encourage the participation of youth in the ASEAN in expressing their perspectives and innovative ideas for enhancing energy access and affordability sustainably.
- To engage the youth sector by using their creativity and innovation to enhance the public awareness on clean energy, community building, and sustainable environment.
