ICT Consultant: Computer Support Specialist


The Contract-based Computer Support Specialist will assist ACE in providing ICT assistance and to perform the following core activities:

  • Provide ICT assistance in the installation and maintenance of staff’s personal computer (PC), laptop, printer, and other IT peripherals.
  • Provide support in solving issues related to Office365 applications, such as Outlook, Teams, and One Drive.
  • Manage the structure and setting of sites and documents in Sharepoint.
  • When needed, participate in the meetings of ACE with external partners including donorsand other stakeholders related to ICT projects.
