On Tuesday, 27 August 2024, the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) conducted a media visit to Bloomberg LP in Jakarta, Indonesia, in anticipation of the 24th ASEAN Energy Business Forum (AEBF-24). This visit aimed to discuss key highlights and strategic plans for the upcoming forum, which is set to advance collaboration and growth within Southeast Asia’s energy sector. The session also provided a platform for exchanging valuable insights on various energy topics that will be addressed during AEBF-24.

During the visit, Dr Andy Tirta, Chairman of AEBF-24 and Head of Corporate Affairs at ACE, provided an overview of the forum and discussed critical topics in the ASEAN energy landscape. He also explored opportunities for future collaboration between ACE and Bloomberg, emphasising the importance of joint efforts in advancing energy security, affordability, accessibility, and sustainability in the region.
