Vietnamese electric vehicle giant VinFast is optimistic about the growth potential in the Philippine market. In late February, it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Motech, an automotive service center, aiming to help Motech’s 63 service centers in the country achieve professional certification to provide after-sales services for VinFast electric vehicles and strengthen its customer base.
