The Inception Meeting of ASEAN-Japan Energy Efficiency Market Transformation with Information Provision Scheme (EMTIPS) held on 06-07 August 2015 at Park Royal Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Meeting was attended by 21 delegates from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. ACE and Energy Conservation Centre Japan (ECCJ) jointly organized the Meeting and hosted by Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (MEGTW) that discussed following topics: i) review the accomplishment of EMTIPS in 2014-2015; ii) work plan of EMTIPS implementation for period 2015-2016; iii) preparation and arrangement for local Activities of EMTIPS in 2015-2016 and iv) EMTIPS key action plan to support the ASEAN S&L Harmonization initiatives.
