Japan Oil, Gas, and Metals National Cooperation (JOGMEC), co-secretariat of ASEAN+3 Oil Stockpiling Roadmap (OSRM) Working Group with ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) are holding the Energy Security on Oil Capacity Building Programme 2021 in association with Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Japan (METI).

This programme aims to enhance energy security in the ASEAN region sharing Japan’s knowledge and experience in oil stockpiling and to contribute to the development of emergency response measures and oil industry policies.
