Organised jointly by ACE and ECCJ from 12-18 November 2015 in Tokyo, Japan, the ECAP 08 is a capacity building workshop aimed at enhancing the EE&C policy and regulations in the ASEAN Member States and to strengthen cooperation between Japan and ASEAN in the field of EE&C.  The Workshop is expected to review the implementation progress of the 3-year action on establishing EE&C policy and regulations in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar and to identify the way forward activities.
